The Institute is an online and in-person source hosting the journey of a life time: education through the body.
We offer professional development trainings teaching the best practices in Trauma-Informed care. ontinually staying current with the latest research, we are able to offer evidence-based experiencial training to the frontline workers of trauma: yoga teachers, massage therapists, social workers, nutritionists and more.
We offer optional mentorship programs for all training participants. In these programs, we support participants in developing their capacity as trauma-informed providers.
